Now for the important part, how to relax using the kit.
Find a quiet place, make yourself comfortable with a pillow, blanket, and your favorite music. Make sure that your Shrine Tray is on a safe flat surface, and add the incense stick to the holder and place it on the base of the tray. Select some or all of your crystals and place them in the other section of the tray. Sit back, relax, and let your thoughts roam.
